The Onboarding Process
Joining the Crown Access dispatch network is structured for speed, transparency, and high-efficiency freight booking. We proudly welcome brand new MC authorities and streamline your path to profitability:
Step 1: Credential Submission
- Navigate to our Onboarding portal.
- Provide your legal company details, active DOT/MC number, and contact info.
- Upload your required FMCSA compliance documents securely.
Step 2: Compliance Review
- We verify your active DOT / MC registration details.
- Review of standard insurance coverage minimums as mandated by FMCSA.
- Verification of authority documentation and W-9.
Step 3: Dispatch Integration
- Sign our mutual dispatch agreement and Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA).
- Establish lane preferences, target rate-per-mile, and operating zones.
- Begin immediate high-paying load booking and dispatch execution.
Carrier Requirements & Equipment Standards
We work with brand new MC numbers and accept all equipment types operating entirely within standard FMCSA guidelines. There are no arbitrary length restrictions or experience minimums outside of regulatory requirements:
General Carrier Criteria
- Brand new MC numbers and startup authorities fully welcomed.
- Active DOT number required (MC preferred, but optional unless mandated by FMCSA).
- Full compliance with all standard FMCSA safety and operating regulations.
- Standard insurance coverage aligned with federal mandates.
Equipment Flexibility
- All commercial equipment types accepted within FMCSA standards.
- No arbitrary minimum length requirements or restrictions.
- Dry Vans, Reefers, Flatbeds, Step Decks, Box Trucks, and Power Only welcome.
- Equipment must meet general federal safety and inspection standards.
Operational Readiness
- Reliable communication standards for daily dispatch updates.
